How to maximize your results using LegFlex board?

  • Step 1

    Take your LegFlex board out of the box andplace it on a flat and clean surface. Optionally you can place your board near a wall so that you can balance yourself.

  • Step 2

    There are 4 levels provided in the board for exercise. You can adjust the board according to your need, with 1st level being easy and 4th being the most challenging.

  • Step 3

    Now, you can start performing any exercises on your LegFlex board. Perform each set for 30 seconds. Take a break, stretch and shake your legs and repeat the same process for 3 times each day.
